Renee joined Gallery Systems in June 2022 as a project manager.  With a BS in Historic Preservation with an emphasis in Museum Studies from Southeast Missouri State University and a  MA in American Studies from The Pennsylvania State University.  Renee has over 20 years of experience working in collections management holding various roles at The Philadelphia Museum of Art, The Barnes Foundation, The National Museum of American Jewish History and The National Society for the Daughters of the American Revolution. During her museum career, she completed a data migration project, collection moves,  a variety of collection inventories, implementation of a bar coding system, documentation and data standards, and worked on various exhibitions.

Allison is a Training Specialist at Gallery Systems, delivering online and on-site training to clients. Prior to joining Gallery Systems, she was the Database Administrator for the Brooklyn Children’s Museum, and worked at the Brooklyn Museum as the Collections Review Assistant. Allison holds a BFA in Art History and an MA in Art Education.

Jost Hansen has worked in various roles since 1981. Jost began their career at Museen der Insel Hiddenssee as an Employee. Jost then moved to Staatliche Schlösser und Gärten Potsdam Sanssouci as an Employee of Museumspädagogik in 1982. From 1986 to 1994, they worked as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter / Researcher at Märkisches Museum Berlin, where they published several works. From 1994 to 1999, they worked as a Wissenschaftlicher Mitarbeiter / Researcher at Senator für Kultur Bremen, where they published a work on Cultural treasures moved because of the war. Jost then moved to Albertina Wien as a Project and Database Manager from 1999 to 2001. Finally, they worked as a Project Manager at Gallery Systems from 2001 onwards.

Angela helps Gallery Systems clients transition their workflows into the TMS Suite. She has over 20 years of experience working in museums including the Museum of Communication in Berlin, Deutsches Museum in Munich, and the TECHNOSEUM in Manheim. She is the author of the book Managing Previously Unmanaged Collections, founder of the blog Registrar Trek, and holds a Museum Studies degree.

Loles role is to guide Spanish-speaking clients to find the best solutions for their needs and to assist them through the whole project life cycle. Loles comes to Gallery Systems with a background in translation, localization and project management for both international companies and small businesses.

Stephanie specializes in project management and data analysis for client implementations. She has worked on numerous Gallery Systems projects. Before joining us in 2007, Stephanie was a Records Manager and Collections Review Coordinator for the Brooklyn Museum. She holds a BA in Art History.

Chad Petrovay joined the Professional Services team at Gallery Systems in March 2023. Chad has over 15 years working in collections information in the cultural heritage sector, including for the Morgan Library and Museum, the Musical Instrument Museum, and the Walters Art Museum. He holds an MA in Archaeology from Durham University.

Amy is responsible for performing data conversions and training clients on TMS and TMS Collections. Prior to joining Gallery Systems, she worked at the Smart Museum of Art, University of Chicago, and the Columbus Museum of Art. She holds a BS in History, and an MA is Museum Studies.
